Louis “Buddy” John Maggiacomo, Jr., of Forest Ave., Cranston, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 4, 2022 surrounded by his family. Born January 23, 1950, in Providence, he was a son of the late Louis J. Maggiacomo, Sr. and the late Vincenza Maggiacomo. Buddy worked as a machinist for 47 years at Electric Boat in Groton, CT before retiring in 2019. Joann Frye McManus, 85, of Mount Holly, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Stanley Total Living Center.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Lucia Fiore. She worked as a teacher’s assistant with the Providence Public Schools for many years before retiring. She enjoyed summering in Narragansett for more than 50 years, was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
